1. School gates will be closed at 8.25 am.
2. The handbook is to be brought to school daily failing which the student will be marked absent / sent home.
3. Every student is to have the school identity card around their neck during school hours. Students are to wear complete uniform to attend classes. Adjusted uniform (pegged pants & short skirts) will not be allowed in the school.
4. Students are to come in proper demeanour to the school. Coloured hair, long hair (for boys), short hair (girls), tattoos, nail polish, lipstick etc won’t be allowed in the school.
5. No student will bunk any class.
6. No immoral behavior will be tolerated in the school.
7. Students are to be respectful towards their teachers and working staff of the school. Insubordination to any authority won’t be tolerated in the school.
8. Electronic goods (mobile phone, cameras, pendrives etc.) expensive pens / watches, jewellery, cash or toys are strictly prohibited within the school. If any of these items are found in the possession of students, they will be confiscated and will not be returned.
9. DBS is a tobacco free school. Consumption of tobacco, alcohol and harmful drugs are totally prohibited.
10. The school fosters integrity of life. Resorting to unfair means during exams and forging of signatures won’t be tolerated.
11. A fine will be imposed on students who break the rule of language.
12. All students should report to school on the last / first working day before / after vacation. A fine will be imposed if one is absent on these days (even with prior permission). Absence from class on days of school functions / activities is not permitted.
13. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to sit for Terminal Examinations. Half days are not allowed.
14. Students are to bring text and note books of the day without fail.
